Hey guys, Good morning from Ghana! I’m very happy to be here once again to let you know about my next post.
Have you ever looked down at your feet and you’re like, this is a no-no for me? Who wants to have a boring feet anyway 😉 Because we live in a kind of busy world today, It is sometimes hard to pay extra attention to our feet, the needed part.
However, having a beautiful and healthy feet doesn’t come by chance, you have to work for it. Okay so my lovely readers, i would love to share with you just some simple 4 tips to a glowing feet.
One of the best tip to a glowing feet is to exfoliate regularly. Why? You spend much time outdoor, in the sun, dust/dirt and other impurities out there that could make your skin look dull. This happens because, it leaves build-ups in your skin, block your pores and leave your skin congested. Your skin needs to be refreshed!
Exfoliating regularly deep cleanses your skin to remove excess dead skin cells, dirt and impurities from your skin. Leaving it feeling smooth and fresh. However, look out for a foot scrub specifically made for your skin type that both exfoliate and nourish your skin as well.
In addition to exfoliating, masking is very important too! It almost performs similar function, but still needed for a maximum result.
Foot mask is meant to detox your feet, draw out impurities from your skin, exfoliate dead skin cells, improves blood circulation and leave your feet feeling like a baby 😉 see how it has amazing benefit!
Apply the mask all over the feet after exfoliating. Preferably starting from your knees coming down to the soles, toes and top of the feet. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 10 minutes, supposedly dry. Next step…..
Moisturizing is one of the most important tip to glowing feet. For me, i don’t allow my feet to dry before applying the moisturizer. One of the best time to moisturize is when your feet is a little bit damp, to allow the moisture to seal in or to lock in moisture.
Moreover, search for a lightweight foot care moisturizer with some botanical oils in it to help moisturize the sole of your feet. It is not only going to make your feet soft, it can prevent dry and flaky skin. As well as yielding an excellent result!
HYDRATE is one of the important words we’re always advised to do in order to flush out toxins from our system. 75-80% of our body is made of water. Our body uses all these water to function properly. We sweat, we urinate, we breathe, the food we eat digest, we inhale many chemicals and other unseen things in the environment.
This tells us we need re-hydrate. That is by replacing the lost water as soon as possible in order to maintain a clean and fresh body which will definitely show on the outside. If you’re not getting enough water, your skin will start showing signs of fine lines/wrinkles or dryness. How about you make it a goal of drinking 8 glasses of water every 24 hours! Your skin will thank you for that.
